Soups - Gourmet Potato Soup



INGREDIENTS
  • 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine potatoes, onion, carrots and butter in a large pot; cover with water and boil until tender. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, soup, and milk; warm in microwave oven, stir, and add to potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes more. Salt to taste.
