Subsidiaries

Through the years, TFC has purchased and established subsidiary companies to provide additional services, extend TFC's reach into the other markets, and grow TFC's business. Though these companies are not operated as cooperatives, the revenue they generate and the services they provide strengthen the entire Co-op system. These subsidiaries are:

• ADI Distributors Inc. (ADI) ADI is a provider of bulk and bagged crop nutrients to independent retailers across the Southeast. In operation since 1992, ADI operates river terminals at Caruthersville, MO., and Nashville and Lenoir City here in Tennessee. They serve a diverse network of both small and large dealers that, in turn, serve farm communities across the South. In addition, the Fort Loundoun terminal at Lenoir city operates as a commercial distribution service to various customers and commodities.

• Stockdale's LLC - Stockdale's: America's Rural Outfitter is TFC's retail initiative, established in 2006 as a way to better serve the rural lifestyle market. Currently, TFC has Stockdale's stores in Hixson, Covington, Bowling Green, KY., Oakland, Bolivar, and Selmer. These attractive, conveniently designed stores provide a comfortable, welcoming environment and a large selection of quality products for the home, farm, and family. Product lines include clothing and footwear, pet and horse supplies, lawn and garden items, feed, fencing, tools, outdoor equipment for hunting and camping, gifts and home décor, and much more.

• GreenPoint AG, LLC - GreenPoint is a joint venture formed between WinField and TFC that combines the retail farm supply stores of Agriliance and Ag Distributors Inc. GreenPoint, headquartered in Memphis, is now a network of facilities with a footprint covering Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, and Mississippi. Reflecting the region's rich crop production of corn, cotton, soybeans, wheat, rice, and peanuts, the GreenPoint locations offer mainly seed, fertilizer, crop protection products, and custom application services.

• Alliance Animal Care, LLC - Alliance Animal Care is a wholesale animal health distribution company focused exclusively on procuring products from manufacturers and suppliers and delivering them to wholesale and retail locations through a just-in-time logistics network. Alliance is a join venture between TFC and regional farm supply cooperative MFA Incorporated and is based at TFC's LaVergne offices.
