Hot Pineapple Cider

INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 cup mint leaves

4 cups apple cider

2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice

1 large bottle ginger ale, unchilled

Crab apples (fresh or spiced)

INSTRUCTIONS |
Crush mint; combine with cider and pineapple juice in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; strain, then bring to a boil again. Add ginger ale and crab apples; serve immediately. |
