Tomato Pudding

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 quart tomatoes
-
8 to 10 biscuits
-
1/2 stick butter or margarine
-
1/2 cup brown sugar
-
1 cup granulated sugar
-
Salt to taste

1 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix tomatoes, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Melt butter and add to other ingredients. Pour in baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 400°. Note: I brown the biscuits and add just before serving, but some like to bake the pudding with the biscuits. |
