Sauces and Marinades - Pork Tenderloin Marinade



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/3 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 large pork tenderloin cut in 1 1/4-inch-thick slices

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients for marinade. Place the pork tenderloin slices in a glass baking dish, then pour marinade over top.
Marinate for two days in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade and grill.
Yield: Six to eight servings.
