Salads - St. Patrick’s Day Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (12-ounce) container whipped topping
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (3-ounce) package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 (8-ounce) can flaked coconut

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for 21/2 to 3 hours.
Yield: Eight servings.
