Ginger-Glazed Onions

INGREDIENTS |
- 16 medium onions, peeled
-
4 tablespoons honey
-
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 teaspoon paprika
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/4 teaspoon ginger
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Cook onions in boiling, salted water for 20 minutes or just until tender; drain and place in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and boil for five minutes. Pour mixture over onions and bake at 325° for 10 minutes or until glazed. Baste occasionally during cooking. |
