Ginger-Glazed Onions

Ingredients

  • 16 medium onions, peeled
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Instructions


Cook onions in boiling, salted water for 20 minutes or just until tender; drain and place in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and boil for five minutes.
Pour mixture over onions and bake at 325° for 10 minutes or until glazed. Baste occasionally during cooking.
