Butter Cream Mints

INGREDIENTS |
- 1/3 cup butter

1/3 cup white corn syrup
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1 pound powdered sugar
-
8 drops peppermint oil
-
8 drops food coloring of choice
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine all ingredients. Roll out between pieces of wax paper. Cut out into circles. Place in a plastic container with waxed paper between layers. |
