Butter Cream Mints

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 8 drops peppermint oil
  • 8 drops food coloring of choice

Instructions


Combine all ingredients. Roll out between pieces of wax paper. Cut out into circles. Place in a plastic container with waxed paper between layers.
