Butterscotch Bars

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 box of super moist butter pecan cake mix or spice cake mix
-
1 egg
-
1 stick of butter or margarine, melted
-
1 jar of caramel topping
-
1 cup of chopped pecans
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Stir together cake mix, egg, and butter. Take half of the mixture and press into the bottom of a 9-x-13-inch pan. Cook 10 minutes on 350°. Take out of the oven and pour a jar of caramel topping on the cooked half along with 1 cup of chopped pecans. Sprinkle the other half of the mixture on top of the caramel and pecans. Cook 20 minutes on 350°. |
