- 1 head lettuce

1 medium-size bell pepper

3-4 chopped green onions

1 small can peas, drained

3 stalks celery, sliced

1 pint Hellmann’s

mayonnaise

1 can Parmesan cheese

3 or more strips of fried bacon, crumbled

3 boiled eggs, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS |
Layer ingredients in 9x13-inch pan, starting with the bottom layer: ½ head shredded lettuce, chopped bell pepper, finely chopped green onions, peas, celery slices, 1/2 head shredded lettuce, and finally spread mayonnaise over top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the salad. Garnish with bacon and chopped eggs. Cover and store in refrigerator. |
