Mocha Marble Dessert

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 pound Oreos, crushed

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14 ounce) can Eagle brand milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups whipped cream

11/2 tablespoons instant coffee

1 tablespoon hot water

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix Oreos and melted butter. Press into a 9x13-inch pan, reserving 11/4 cup for topping. Dissolve coffee in water. Beat cream cheese until light. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Fold in whipped cream, coffee, and chocolate syrup. Pour in pan. Drizzle additional chocolate syrup over the top using a knife; swirl to give a marble effect. Sprinkle reserved crumbs around the edge. Freeze. |
