Mix Oreos and melted butter. Press into a 9x13-inch pan, reserving 11/4 cup for topping.
Dissolve coffee in water.
Beat cream cheese until light. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Fold in whipped cream, coffee, and chocolate syrup. Pour in pan. Drizzle additional chocolate syrup over the top using a knife; swirl to give a marble effect. Sprinkle reserved crumbs around the edge. Freeze.
