INGREDIENTS |
- 1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, diced

1 (16-ounce) box macaroni

1 (8-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (8-ounce) can diced

tomatoes
-
1 small bell pepper, diced
-
2 small jalapeño peppers, diced (if desired)

1 cup chicken broth
-
1 (12-ounce) bag shredded Mexican cheese, divided

INSTRUCTIONS |
Fry ground beef with onion and peppers. Boil macaroni until done; drain. In a casserole dish, combine all ingredients with half the cheese. Mix well. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 300ยบ or until cheese is melted. |
