Apricot Sherbet

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 (151/4-ounce cans) apricots, mashed with juice

Juice of 2 oranges (1 cup)

Juice of 2 lemons (1/2 cup)

11/2 cups sugar
-
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
-
1 cup ginger ale

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine apricots with orange and lemon juices. Pour in 9-x-13-inch pan and freeze to a mush. Whip cream; add with ginger ale to apricot mixture. Continue freezing. Stir at intervals while freezing. |
