Raspberry Pretzel Salad

INGREDIENTS |
- 21/2 cups crushed pretzels

3/4 cup melted butter

4 tablespoons sugar

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipped topping
-
2 small packages raspberry gelatin

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine pretzels, butter, and sugar. Press into 9-x-13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350ยบ. Cool. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in whipped topping. Mix gelatin according to package directions. Cool until partially gelled. Layer pretzel crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and gelatin twice in a pretty dish. Chill and serve. |
