Appetizers - Bacon Basil Cups



INGREDIENTS
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • 3 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10-piece) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375ยบ. Chop bacon, tomato, and onion into small pieces. Mix all ingredients except biscuits; set aside.
Separate each biscuit into three thinner biscuits. Lay each piece into a mini muffin pan and press into cup. Fill each cup with bacon mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
