- 3 (15-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained

11/2 cups mayonnaise

2 cups grated mild Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped Vidalia onion

1 cup chopped green pepper

Fritos chili cheese corn chips

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine corn, mayonnaise, cheese, onions, and peppers in a large bowl; chill overnight in refrigerator. Crush corn chips and sprinkle over top of salad when ready to serve. |
