Easy Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 (15-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 11/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped Vidalia onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • Fritos chili cheese corn chips

Instructions


Combine corn, mayonnaise, cheese, onions, and peppers in a large bowl; chill overnight in refrigerator. Crush corn chips and sprinkle over top of salad when ready to serve.
