Three-Cheese Reuben Casserole

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup corn beef, crumbled

1/4 cup onion, finely sliced

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
-
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
-
4 slices rye bread with crusts trimmed, chopped
-
1 stick butter or margarine, melted

INSTRUCTIONS |
Layer ingredients in order above in a greased 9-x-12-inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. |
