Three-Cheese Reuben Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup corn beef, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices rye bread with crusts trimmed, chopped
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • Instructions


    Layer ingredients in order above in a greased 9-x-12-inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
