Taffy Apple Ice Cream

| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon molasses

2 large cans evaporated milk

1 pint whipping cream
-
4 eggs

3 cups apples, peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons vanilla

| INSTRUCTIONS |
| Cook the sugars, molasses, and evaporated milk together, stirring until creamy. Combine eggs, cream, apples, and vanilla, and add a little at a time into the milk mixture. Continue to cook until mixture begins to bubble. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to instructions. |
