Appetizers - Breakfast Cups



INGREDIENTS
  • 6 tart shells
  • 5 sausage patties, cooked
  • 5 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices of cheese
Place shells on a cookie sheet. Chop sausage and divide among the shells. Beat eggs with salt and pepper; pour evenly over sausage. Cut cheese into six squares. Place one piece on top of each shell. Cook at 350ยบ for 30 to 45 minutes or until shells are golden brown and eggs are done. Serve with jam.
