Pinto Bean Patties

INGREDIENTS |
- Leftover pinto beans

Flour
-
Pepper to taste
-
Vegetable oil or nonstick spray
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Mash leftover pinto beans (best when they have been refrigerated). Add flour as needed to form a pattie. Add pepper as desired. Fry in oil or cooking spray in a skillet just as you would a hamburger patty. |
