Crunchy Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (12-ounce) bag broccoli coleslaw mix

2 ounces slivered almonds

4 ounces salted roasted sunflower kernels

1 package Oriental flavor

Ramen noodles, broken

1 package chicken flavor
-
Ramen noodles, broken

1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil

3 tablespoons sugar

4 tablespoons vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS |
In a large bowl, combine slaw mix, almonds, sunflower kernels, and broken noodles. In a separate bowl, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, and the two seasoning packets from noodles. Pour over slaw, and toss just before serving. Note: Recipe is best if served immediately; if refrigerated overnight, it gets soggy, but it still tastes great! |
