In a large bowl, combine slaw mix, almonds, sunflower kernels, and broken noodles. In a separate bowl, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, and the two seasoning packets from noodles. Pour over slaw, and toss just before serving.
Note: Recipe is best if served immediately; if refrigerated overnight, it gets soggy, but it still tastes great!
