2 cans sauerkraut, drained

1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and celery seed until blended. Add sauerkraut, pimientos, and onion. Toss well. Cover and refrigerate.
