Sauerkraut Slaw

Ingredients
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
½ tespoon celery seed
2 cans sauerkraut, drained
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
¼ cup chopped onion
Instructions
Mix vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and celery seed until blended. Add sauerkraut, pimientos, and onion. Toss well.
Cover and refrigerate.
