Parmesan Steak

INGREDIENTS |
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup potato flakes

3 eggs

1 clove garlic, minced

1½ teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon pepper

1½ pounds cube steak

½ cup oil

1 cup tomato sauce

INSTRUCTIONS |
¼ cup Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 325°. Pound meat. Combine ¼ cup Parmesan cheese with potato flakes Beat eggs with garlic, salt, and pepper. Dip steak in egg mixture and then in potato flakes. Brown in hot oil; place in baking dish. Add tomato sauce and sprinkle with ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes until steak is tender.
