Parmesan Steak

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup potato flakes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1½ pounds cube steak
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • Instructions


    ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
    Preheat oven to 325°. Pound meat. Combine ¼ cup Parmesan cheese with potato flakes Beat eggs with garlic, salt, and pepper. Dip steak in egg mixture and then in potato flakes. Brown in hot oil; place in baking dish. Add tomato sauce and sprinkle with ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes until steak is tender.
