Meats & Seafood - Mandarin Almond Chicken Bites



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup canned mandarin orange segments, drained and cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey-roasted sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons salad dressing
  • 48 Triscuit reduced-fat crackers

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together chicken, oranges, cranberries, almonds, and dressing; cover. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend. Top each cracker with 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture. Serve immediately.
