Mandarin Almond Chicken Bites

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken

1/2 cup canned mandarin orange segments, drained and cut into thirds

1/4 cup dried cranberries

2 tablespoons honey-roasted sliced almonds

2 tablespoons salad dressing

48 Triscuit reduced-fat crackers
Instructions
Mix together chicken, oranges, cranberries, almonds, and dressing; cover. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend. Top each cracker with 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture. Serve immediately.
