Burns’ Wings

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 large package chicken wings, thighs, and drumsticks

1 cup orange juice

1 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS |
Preheat oven to 400° F. Remove tips from wings and arrange chicken pieces in an 11 1/2- by 16-inch aluminum pan. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a two-cup measuring cup. Pour mixture over all chicken. Sprinkle garlic powder over chicken.
Place chicken in oven. Turn pieces frequently until chicken is done, almost falling off the bone. |
