Burns’ Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 large package chicken wings, thighs, and drumsticks
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Garlic powder

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400° F. Remove tips from wings and arrange chicken pieces in an 11 1/2- by 16-inch aluminum pan. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a two-cup measuring cup. Pour mixture over all chicken. Sprinkle garlic powder over chicken.
Place chicken in oven. Turn pieces frequently until chicken is done, almost falling off the bone.
