Spicy Grilled Steaks

INGREDIENTS |
- 4 T-bone or sirloin steaks,1-1 1/2 inches thick

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon sage
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine ingredients and rub about 1 teaspoon on each side of each steak. Grill over medium heat for eight to 10 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved. Yield: four servings. Note: For a hotter taste, eliminate black pepper and increase cayenne.
