Spicy Grilled Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4 T-bone or sirloin steaks,1-1 1/2 inches thick
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Instructions


    Combine ingredients and rub about 1 teaspoon on each side of each steak. Grill over medium heat for eight to 10 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
    Yield: four servings.
    Note: For a hotter taste, eliminate black pepper and increase cayenne.
