Three-Cheese Casserole

INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 stick butter

3 to 4 garlic cloves, diced

1 to 2 cups rotini or shell noodles, cooked

1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 to 1 cup cottage cheese
-
Parmesan cheese
-
Parsley flakes

INSTRUCTIONS |
Melt butter slowly in a medium iron skillet and sauté garlic. Do not let garlic get brown. Add cooked noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and parsley flakes. Stir together and remove from heat. Place in a buttered medium casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Put into microwave for a few minutes to melt Mozzarella.
