Three-Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 to 2 cups rotini or shell noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 cup cottage cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley flakes

Instructions


Melt butter slowly in a medium iron skillet and sauté garlic. Do not let garlic get
brown. Add cooked noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and parsley flakes. Stir together and remove from heat. Place in a buttered medium casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Put into microwave for a few minutes to melt Mozzarella.
