Stir-Fry Pepper Steak

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 pounds round steak, sliced in 3-x--inch strips

1/4 cup oil

1 cup thinly sliced celery

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef bouillon
-
1 teaspoon salt

3 medium green peppers, chopped

1/2 cup chopped onions
-
1/4 cup soy sauce
-
1/4 cup water
-
1/4 teaspoon pepper
-
2 tablespoons cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS |
Brown steak in oil; add next six ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Combine soy sauce, water, and cornstarch. Stir well. Add to meat mixture. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Serve over rice. Yield: Eight servings.
