1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarchInstructions
Brown steak in oil; add next six ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Combine soy sauce, water, and cornstarch. Stir well. Add to meat mixture. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
Yield: Eight servings.
