Tater Tot and Ground Beef Casserole

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 pounds ground beef, lightly browned and drained

1 envelope onion soup mix
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

12 ounces mozzarella cheese
-
Cheddar cheese, enough to cover casserole, grated

1 (32-ounce) package frozen Tater Tots

INSTRUCTIONS |
Add onion soup mix to ground beef. Layer ground beef in a baking dish. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread mozzarella cheese over ground beef. Pour mushroom soup over cheese. Top with Tater Tots.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes. |
