Squash Dressing

INGREDIENTS |
- 4 cups cornbread crumbs

4 cups yellow squash, cooked and drained

1 cup light butter or margarine, melted

2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans low-fat cream of chicken soup

2 medium onions, chopped

Sage and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix all ingredients well. Coat a 9-x-13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray; pour in dressing. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until browned. Note: This is great for those on a low-fat diet who still want dressing. |
