Squash Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cornbread crumbs
  • 4 cups yellow squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup light butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans low-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • Sage and pepper to taste

Instructions


Mix all ingredients well. Coat a 9-x-13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray; pour in dressing. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until browned.
Note: This is great for those on a low-fat diet who still want dressing.
