Georgia Pork Barbecue

INGREDIENTS |
- 3/4 cup catsup

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon ground oregano

4 to 6 cloves garlic, sliced thin

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon pepper
-
1 teaspoon chili powder
-
1 tablespoon sugar
-
4 pounds country-style pork spareribs

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine catsup, vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt, paprika, pepper, chili powder, and sugar in saucepan; mix well and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Arrange spareribs in shallow baking dish; pour sauce over ribs. Bake, covered, at 350ยบ for 2 hours; remove cover. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Yield: Six servings. |
