Skinny Veggie Wrap

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (12-inch) flour tortilla

Three slices Swiss cheese

1 cucumber, cut into slices

1/2 green pepper, cut into slices
-
1/2 red onion, peeled and sliced
-
1 jar sundried tomatoes in olive oil
-
2 tablespoons pesto sauce
-
Plain or dill-flavored hummus dip
-
Green leaf lettuce (not iceberg)

INSTRUCTIONS |
Spread tortilla with a layer of hummus dip and pesto sauce. Arrange lettuce and cheese. Add cucumber, green pepper, onion, pesto sauce, and sundried tomatoes. Roll up slowly as this is a big wrap! Cut in half and serve with tortilla chips and fresh salsa. |
