Desserts - Texas Ice Cream Bars



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (12-ounce) carton vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 (3-ounce) package instant vanilla or chocolate pudding, dry
  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 3 ounces Grape Nut cereal

INSTRUCTIONS
Soften ice cream and combine with other ingredients. Freeze in an 8-x-8-inch glass dish. When frozen, cut into eight equal bars. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refreeze and eat as wanted.
Yield: 8 servings.
Note: This is a great after-school snack. Watching calories? Use sugar-free ingredients!
