Texas Ice Cream Bars

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (12-ounce) carton vanilla or chocolate ice cream

1 cup thawed Cool Whip

1 (3-ounce) package instant vanilla or chocolate pudding, dry

1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
-
3 ounces Grape Nut cereal

INSTRUCTIONS |
Soften ice cream and combine with other ingredients. Freeze in an 8-x-8-inch glass dish. When frozen, cut into eight equal bars. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refreeze and eat as wanted.
