- 1 pound crabmeat

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup fresh, soft bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

3 drops Tabasco sauce
-
1 egg
-
1/2 cup cracker meal crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine first eight ingredients; mix well. Shape into eight cakes; roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in deep, hot oil until golden brown. |
