Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh, soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cracker meal crumbs
  • Instructions


    Combine first eight ingredients; mix well. Shape into eight cakes; roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in deep, hot oil until golden brown.
