Cakes and Pies - Apricot Nectar Cake



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons apricot nectar

INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, eggs, 1 cup nectar, oil, and cake mix; beat with electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until done.
In a small saucepan, combine powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons nectar or more if desired. Heat until sugar is dissolved; pour over cake.
